Refund policy
LoudPDF does not offer refunds. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and purchased top-up minutes never expire. The detail is below.
Payments are non-refundable
All LoudPDF payments are final. We do not issue refunds for subscription charges — including part-used monthly or annual billing periods — or for one-time top-up minute purchases. This applies whether or not you have used your narration allowance.
Try before you pay
Because payments are final, LoudPDF gives you a genuinely usable free plan: 3 PDFs a day, up to 5 pages each, 10 minutes of narration a day, and voice samples you can play without uploading anything. Please use the free plan to confirm the voices, quality, and playback work for you before upgrading.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals — it is not a refund. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then your account moves back to the Free plan. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Top-up minutes
Top-up minutes are a one-time purchase and are non-refundable, whether used or unused. They never expire, they carry over between billing periods, and they remain on your account even if you cancel Pro and return to the Free plan.
Plan changes
Switching between Pro monthly and Pro annual is prorated by our payment processor: unused time on your old plan is credited towards the new one, and you pay only the difference. Prorated credit is applied to your LoudPDF billing — it is not paid out as a refund.
Billing errors and unauthorised charges
This policy does not cover mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, charged on an account you do not recognise, or a payment failed part-way and left your account in the wrong state, contact us and we will investigate and correct it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where local law grants you a right to a refund that overrides this policy, we will honour it.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. LoudPDF is a product of Axiontex Technologies Ltd (company no. 17212330, registered in England & Wales), so your receipt and card statement will show Axiontex Technologies Ltd.
